H. Michael Lord

Chief Executive Officer




Mr. Lord, CEO of Carry And Clean, LLC. also serves as President & Chief Operating Officer since July 2005 of CBM Archives Co., LLC. Mr. Lord brings with him more than 30 years of experience with business, with expertise in Development, Customer Service, Product Management, Information Technologies, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. Mr. Lord has spent the last decade working with Biometric Systems. Among other leadership roles, Mr. Lord was Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for IP Fusion, Inc.; Chief Technology Officer for Evercom Systems, Inc. and Executive Directory for Excel Communications, Inc. Prior to that Mr. Lord owned and operated a few software development companies, an education center, marketing company and a retail hardware/software company.


Throughout his career Mr. Lord has received numerous awards and honors. Mr. Lord was the first person to receive Texas Education Agency (TEA) approval to teach technology certification courses (i.e., Microsoft, Novel and Cisco) in the state. Mr. Lord holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashford University and numerous technical certifications.




Sean M. Lord

President




Mr. Lord, President is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He has approximately ten (10) years’ experience in the industry. Prior to working in the refrigeration industry he has worked as a service technician in various commercial industries (e.g., electrical, cooking and laundry). Mr. Lord is also President of Carry And Clean, LLC, which is the parent company of CAC. In some cases customers are common between the two companies . . . this makes for good synergy. Both companies are regulated by the EPA.


Mr. Lord attended Del Mar College studying Mechanics (2000-2002) and HVAC (2004-2005). Mr. Lord holds a universal EPA HVAC Technician Certification #P1D35F5B19B930861, June 26, 2004. Mr. Lord has a Commercial and Environmental combined Class A HVAC license. Mr. Lord has nearly ten years HVAC industry experience.
